Now it's as easy as 1-2-3 to get shipping
information with the R+L Automated Customer Assistance line.
Dial 1-800-558-5651 and press "1" for Shipment Tracing,
"2" for a Rate Quote and "3" to receive
a Fax of a particular shipping document. You can press "0"
at any time to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
Shipment Tracing - Press 1
1) For Shipment Tracing press "1".
2) Enter your 9 digit Pro Number followed by "#".
3) If the Pro Number you entered is correct press "1".
4) If the Pro Number you entered is incorrect press "2" to re-enter.
5) At this point your request will be processed and you will be given your shipment's scheduled delivery time or location.
Rate Quote - Press 2
1) To receive a Rate Quote press "2".
2) Enter the Originating Zip Code followed by "#".
3) Enter the Destination Zip Code followed by "#".
4) Enter your Discount or enter "0" for gross rate followed by "#".
5) Enter the Weight of your shipment followed by "#".
6) To enter another Freight Class press "1".
7) To continue press "2".
8) If the information you entered is correct press "1".
9) To hear your information again press "2".
10) If the information you entered is incorrect press "3" to re-enter.
11) You will be given a Rate and a Quote number based on the information that was provided.
NOTE: Rate quotes are based on the information entered by
the customer for business to business shipments and DO NOT include
accessorial charges or special minimums. Rate quotes are subject
to all lawful tariffs in effect on the date of the shipment.
Receive a Fax - Press 3
1) To receive a Fax of a particular document press "3".
2) Choose the type of document you would like Faxed to you:
Press "1" for Proof of Delivery
Press "2" for Bill of Lading
Press "3" for Invoice
Then, follow these simple steps:
1) Enter your 9 digit Pro Number followed by "#".
2) If the information you entered is correct press "1".
3) If the information you entered is incorrect press "2" to re-enter.
4) Enter your 10 digit Fax number followed by "#".
5) If the information you entered is correct press "1".
6) If the information you entered is incorrect press "2" to re-enter.
7) To receive the requested Fax press "1".
8) To cancel your request press "2".
